I was one of those kids that loved making crafts out of flat-pack kits. Things like doll house furniture, airplanes - way too much fun!

I have one little concern - how well is that layer of cork going to hold up as a belt? Yes, it’s laminated onto leather - but I’d hate to spend $245 and have the belt fall apart on me!

Carole Cole, an accessories designer from Oregon, creates these woven bracelets from rattan (the same material that wicker furniture & baskets are made from). They are also amazing inexpensive - about $10 per bracelet!
